Cancellation Policy

Deposits & Booking: All appointments require a $50 deposit to secure a time slot. Deposits will be applied to your service total at checkout. Rescheduling, Canceling, Late Arrivals & No-Shows: - If you cancel/reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice before your appointment, the deposit will NOT be refunded, and you will have to pay a NEW deposit if you wish to book again. If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, your deposit can be applied towards the new appointment. - Repeat no-show clients may be blocked from future bookings. - If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be canceled, and the deposit may be retained. Appointments will not be extended past the reserved time. - All appointment changes must be made by phone, email, or Instagram DM. Refunds - All services are non-refundable. Permanent Makeup Touch-Ups - Touch-ups must be scheduled 4-6 weeks after your first session to qualify for touch-up pricing. - If the client books a touch-up after 6 weeks, there may be an additional charge. - Touch-up prices are not included in the initial session. - Results may vary based on aftercare compliance, skin type, lifestyle, and healing. Consent & Health Disclosure - A signed consent form is required for all permanent makeup services before the procedure. - Clients must disclose all medical conditions, medications, allergies, or prior procedures. - The artist reserves the right to refuse service(s) to anyone who does not comply with policies or presents contraindications to treatment. Studio Etiquette - Children are NOT permitted in the studio. - Please arrive alone unless pre-approved. - Clients are NOT permitted to use or have their cell phone while on the treatment bed, as it interferes with our artists while doing their artistry/procedures.
